The School Building :

        The double storied building of the school contains spacious class-rooms which are well furnished and ventilated giving the students the right environment to pursue their days' work. The school has nine classrooms with the capacity to accommodate 45 students per class rooms. Besides the classrooms, there are teachers’ rooms, common rooms & open spaces for free movement of the students & the teachers. The school provides round the clock supply of water and electricity, making the student comfortable.

Library :

        “Reading make a full man”, said Bacon. Therefore DHSSCS has laid stress on providing the students with a library which is propitious, useful and complete. The school library occupies a position of pride & immense importance at DHSSCS, containing reference books, magazines, dictionaries, encyclopedias, thesauruses etc. Attached with a specious reading room, the library is operational for extended hrs. to provide the best of services to all its students.

Laboratories:

      D.H.S.S.C.S. hosts laboratories for Computer Science & Application, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The well-equipped laboratories containing the latest equipments give the young & budding scholars a congenial environment to execute their equipments & explore scientific facts & phenomena.

• All the labs are so spacious that a class of 30-35 students can easily be accommodated.

• The computer lab contains 20 computers having internet facility, with the help of which students can gain access to a plethora of recent information from all parts of the world.

• The physics lab boasts of equipments like spectrometer ands Newton’s Ring Apparatus.

Gymnasium:

    The students keen on building a fit and strong physique find the gym with all the latest equipment and facilities just right for toning their muscles- a multi purpose gym, a jogger, a massager ,a vibrators ,weight trimming and other equipments for toning the different parts of the body.  This inspires the children to perform the exercises.        

    There is a greater amount of emphasis on shaping high levels of physical fitness to match mental alertness in the youth in their formative years. The gym with an array of equipments has inspired students to stretch their limits of endurance and stamina

Apart from the above-mentioned infrastructure, the school contains facilities for indoor & outdoor games.
